We accept returns for items purchased directly from GameBlueBlockers.com within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Condition of Product: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. This includes all parts, accessories, manuals, and any other items received with the product.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Note: Certain items, such as items marked as “final sale” or custom-made items, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Photos of the product if it is defective or damaged
- Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Full Refund: Items returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days.
- Partial Refund or Store Credit: If the item is not in original condition or has missing parts (unless due to our error), a partial refund or store credit may be issued.
Non-Refundable Items: Items damaged due to misuse, items not purchased directly from GameBlueBlockers.com, and items returned outside of the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Defective or Damaged Items

- Photos of the damage
- Order number and purchase details
We will review and, if verified, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, except when an item arrives damaged or defective.
- Exchange for New Item: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility, and additional shipping charges may apply for the new item.
